FREE- Meet & Greet Initial Session (15-20 mins)

$40 / 15 minute (telephone) Quick Check-In session - Individual Counselling

$80 / 30 minute (telephone or virtual) session - Individual Counselling

$150 / 45 minute session - YOUTH Individual Counselling (Virtual OR in Person)

$160 / 50 minute session - Individual Counselling (Virtual, Telephone, Walk & Talk OR In Person)

$180/ 50 minute session - Couples Counselling Session

$225 / 90 minute session - Individual Counselling (Virtual, Telephone, Walk & Talk OR In Person)

Services are invoiced under Psychotherapy. Please check with your insurance provider on coverage. Direct Billing not available.

Effective June 20, 2024 - Psychotherapy services are no longer charged HST in Ontario.
