I am happy to offer counselling services for individuals (ages 12+), couples and families.From time to time, I also offer Group Therapy sessions.

These sessions are offered in person / in community via a walk & talk session OR Virtually

FREE- Meet & Greet Initial Session (15-30 mins)
$35 / 15 minute (telephone) QuickCheck-In session - Individual Counselling
$80 / 30 minute (telephone or virtual) session - Individual Counselling
$140 / 50 minute session - Individual Counselling
$165/ 50 minute session - Couples Counselling Session
$220/ 90 minute session - Family Counselling Session (3+ individuals)

For those clients wishing to see me in person in an office setting, I am part of a Group Practice located in Newmarket, Ontario called Oona of Newmarket.
Here I have an amazing beautiful and comfortable private office space where we can meet and connect together in person. Feel free to book me online there if you prefer this type of setting for your therapy.
In person in office sessions at Oona of Newmarket starting at $165 / 50 minute session.
